I am an Associate Professor in the School of Criminal Justice at the University of Cincinnati. My research interests span post-conviction justice interventions, including prison and reentry experiences, with a focus on understanding the mechanisms that affect the life-course trajectories of individuals.
I received my Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany (SUNY) in 2019 and hold MA and BA degrees from the University of Kansas (KU). Before returning to graduate school, I conducted program and policy analysis at the Utah Criminal Justice Center (2003-2014).
